Ralphie is a 7 yr old Chihuahua, who loves to snuggle. He currently lives with other dogs and kids but would rather be living by himself with some adult humans. He picks fights with the bigger dogs and his owner is worried for his safety. He is a typical Chihuahua who wants to be in charge but he is a sweet guy.
