Handmade Maple and Basswood Violins
Violin descending into sizes 4/4, 3/4, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/10, 1/16
4/4 size fits arm length 60cm for ages 11 and up
3/4 size fits arm length 56.5-60cm, ages 9-11 and some adults
1/2 size fits arm length 52-56.5cm, ages 6-10 years old
1/4 size fits arm length 47-52cm, ages 4-7 years old.
1/8, size fits arm length 30-45cm, ages 3-5 years old
Panel is Maplewood and sides are made of Basswood.
Please choose the right fit according to the size and arm length
(arm length refers to the distance from the left hand palm up from the
left side of the neck at the end.)
